This message may serve as support for those currently going through transformation, transition, or working through limiting patterns and destructive life scenarios.

The energy of this time strongly encourages us to change — almost like it’s “shaking the stones out of our bags.”

There are a few main catalysts for change, as well as different sources we can draw energy from to move through it:

* Sometimes it’s what we call “negative” — intense events, emotions, or experiences that shake us so deeply they push us to transform.

* And sometimes it’s inspiration — a dream, an idea, people or moments that awaken something within us and guide us forward.

In the language of the dual world, one type of catalyst comes from a negative impulse, and the other — from a positive one.

But ultimately, from the perspective of higher consciousness, everything serves a greater purpose.

The tendency to label things as black or white is just a habitual pattern of conditioned perception.

And yet, of course, the pain, destruction, and trauma — we, as humans, truly live through them. And it hurts. Deeply.

Perhaps… that’s the only way we are truly moved.

So, at present, many people working with their lives and their consciousness may encounter a return, manifestation of destructive situations and reactions or heating up of pressure from outside and/or inside.

But for revision and changes, the right energy is needed.

It can be taken for a breakthrough, for example, from anger, irritation, the desire to finally change everything, the desire to pull yourself out of these negative scenarios or reactions to them.

But by this point, many of us may already feel worn out — unable to generate even that kind of transformational energy.

In such moments, the energy of inspiration ✨ can become a guiding force for the transition.

And that’s exactly the energy I want to hold and share with you right now (keep reading 👇).

What is happening now - old destructive scenarios and events are returning or new ones are appearing - this is not to finish you off completely, but so that you look at them again consciously and make another conscious choice.

You will not be able to push through to the new reality with suitcases of old junk.

And then look at this junk again.

But impartially.

I know from my own experience, it is very difficult when the entire limbic system is simply screaming - !SOS!

But we are more than our limbic system.

Therefore, calm down in various ways known to you (I may share or remind you of them later) and simply make a conscious review - I take/don't take with me my habitual reactions of thoughts and emotions.

Here’s a clear example from my day today — I was driving at a fairly high speed down the road. My “mind-chatter” was off, and I was simply observing (contemplating) the road and the space around me.

Suddenly, my attention naturally shifted to two slow-moving pedestrians walking along the sidewalk beside the road. Intuitively, I slowed down (even though they were on the sidewalk, and I was on the road).

Then, the car in front of me suddenly stopped — it needed to turn left, cross the sidewalk (where those slow pedestrians were walking), and enter a courtyard. So, we stopped.

We observed and waited until the pedestrians passed the necessary part of the sidewalk, then we continued driving at the speed we needed.

After that, our paths with those pedestrians never crossed again — they went their way, and I sped along mine.

I can guess that if I hadn’t noticed those pedestrians early on, and instead had been lost in my mind-chatter, staring tensely at the road, I would have gotten very nervous — thinking, “Why the heck did we stop so suddenly!?” The movement was basically blocked. I wouldn’t have understood what was happening. And surely, in that state, I would have gotten upset on my journey: frustrated by the pedestrians, the traffic lights, and any obstacles to my flow.

I would have arrived at point “B” feeling drained and without resources.

But because I simply observed those slow pedestrians and let them pass peacefully, unblocking my path, our ways parted peacefully — and neither my movement nor my energy suffered.

More than that, according to the navigator, I arrived 10 minutes earlier than initially estimated.

Wishing everyone kindness and peaceful reflection! Much love!
