General Terms & Conditions
The total cost of services is determined by the number of sessions multiplied by the cost of each session.
Payment procedure: 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties.
Payment is made in British pounds or another currency in equivalent. The moment of payment is considered the fact of receipt of funds to the settlement account of the payee.
The duration of each session: 60 minutes with possible extension for up to 90 minutes. At the client's request and if necessary during the interaction in the session, the session can be extended up to 120 minutes. In this case, the session will be counted as two.
Frequency and calendar of sessions: weekly unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in advance.
Being late at the session: no more than 10 minutes.
Session can be rescheduled by notifying one of the Party in writing (agreed messenger) no later than 24 hours before the date of the session without any penalties. Later than the specified time, the session is considered held and is payable in full, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

Definition
Herewith Party 1 – a person who has bought a package of services; Party 2 - Svetlana Larchenko/or EXCITO LTD.
Terminarion right
Party 1 has the right to prematurely and unilaterally refuse to fulfill the package, which entails the termination of the services. Such termination is possible by written notification by this person of Party 2 no later than 4 (four) days before the date of the next session.
In case of termination of the package unilaterally at the initiative Party 1 money is returned to him minus the cost of the sessions held no later than 10 business days from the date of receipt of a written notice from the person about the termination of the package. At the same time, funds are returned to the Party 1 by transferring to his current account or bank card.
Responsibility
Party 1 understands that he himself is responsible for his results and achievements, and that the effectiveness of work in interaction with Party 2 can be ensured only by himself.
Acceptance
The fact of payment by Party 1 of the services of Party 2 means that they have accepted the above terms.
In case of violation by Party 1 of the above terms, Party 2 has the right to suspend or terminate its obligations under this package at its sole discretion by sending a written notice to Party 1 no later than 4 (four) days before the date of the next session.
