This will give you insight into new ways of building inner resilience

I want to share about a very relevant topic in the current time of global events and changes that go beyond the usual control. This is about the topic of building internal supports.

And it is important that this process differs from the previous approach.


The new era fundamentally changes the approach.


In the past, we built an internal core by overcoming external circumstances: we acted with pressure on willpower, ignoring and suppressing our own feelings and emotions (such as fear, doubt, etc.). We overcame, received confirmation for the mind - I can, I am strong and I will be able to do it again.


The new era changes the approach. It will no longer be possible to ignore yourself, since you will need to manage not external circumstances, but your internal state.


So, this is an invitation to get to know yourself. Get to know your emotions and how they manifest, your programs and patterns that trigger these emotions or feelings, or thoughts. Get to know your lights and your shadows. Do not ignore it but see and acknowledge it. Get to know your entire inner world at all levels - conscious, subconscious and even unconscious (with all ancestral programs, etc.).

Without such knowledge of yourself and your inner world, you simply will not be able to recognize and work out the programs that control you. Without such knowledge, you simply will not be able to find that central point of stability and support on which you can rely to return the entire system to an equilibrium, balanced state or to remain in it at the moment of external shocks.

So, the new is an invitation to redirect your focus from the external world to your inner world. Of course, your contribution to the external world remains, but here we talk about the inner supports.


I wish you success on this path and the courage to ask for help when necessary.


P.S. And following on from the above - you may feel tired, drained, or depressed when using the past approach unconsciously. And this can often be a sign that you are suppressing yourself and, in this way, you are suppressing and shutting down your energy.
